Shared cloud

Your software runs in our jointly operated cloud. Hosting, updates and the agreed backups are included in the monthly price.

Tenant separation, data and search isolation, and white-label are not yet technically approved.
Before rollout, we confirm individually and in writing which verified scope applies to you.

After technical review

Own installation

Your own installation: own database, own storage, own update windows, and own web space.

We specify the required server resources in your offer.
We confirm availability, scope, and pricing in an individual offer after technical review.

Agreed individually in writing

In your infrastructure

The application runs in your infrastructure; Crazy-Systems provides application maintenance.

With the customer: operating system, network, virtualisation, clients, and backups.
If you want us to take on additional tasks, we agree them in writing in your offer.

How much does hosting cost?

Monthly list prices apply to shared cloud. Own installation and in-your-infrastructure operation require an individual offer.
